We cap at three concurrent Atlas-level builds or six total active engagements to preserve creative bandwidth. Booking 4-8 weeks ahead is recommended.

AI is a tool, not a substitute for authorship. We combine proprietary prompts and human editing, then embed Content Credentials so every asset’s origin is provable. No stock-model training data is passed to third parties.

Brand guidelines, any existing moodboards, key product facts, and stakeholder availability for one 90-minute deep-dive call. That’s all—we handle the heavy lifting.

Weekly async updates plus milestone calls (Kick-off → Mid-point → Delivery). We operate in Australia/Brisbane time (UTC+10) but adjust for client zones.

We can, but it’s rarely optimal. Stand-alone videos without a shared myth tend to under-perform long-term. If you insist, we scope under our Custom Blueprint rate (starting at USD $3,500 per 60-sec piece).

Once final payment is received in full and the final images/videos are sent to you, you receive full commercial rights worldwide. The files become entirely yours to use as you see fit. We retain a creator credit and the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless you purchase an NDA add-on (10% fee).

Default: ProRes 422 HQ (4K & 1080p) for master, plus ready-to-post MP4s in 9:16 and 16:9. Still images ship as 4K PNG and JPG files. Need something exotic? Let us know during kickoff.

We host previews on our private Vimeo workspace. Comment directly on frames; we consolidate notes within 24 hrs and confirm changes before executing the next cut.
